Dr. Edwin Vieira - Honorary Chairman of our Board of Advisors

Edwin Vieira, Jr., holds four degrees  
from Harvard: A.B. (Harvard College),
A.M. and Ph.D. (Harvard Graduate
School of Arts and Sciences), and J.D.
(Harvard Law School).

For more than thirty years he has practiced law, with emphasis on constitutional issues. In the Supreme Court of the United States he successfully argued or briefed the cases leading to the landmark decisions Abood v. Detroit Board of Education, Chicago Teachers Union v. Hudson, and Communications Workers of America v. Beck, which established constitutional and statutory limitations on the uses to which labor unions, in both the private and the public sectors, may apply fees extracted from nonunion workers as a condition of their employment.

He has written numerous monographs and articles in scholarly journals, and presenty writes articles on News With Views.

He continues to lectured throughout the county. His recent work on money and banking is the two-volume Pieces of Eight: The Monetary Powers and Disabilities of the United States Constitution (2002), the most comprehensive study in existence of American monetary law and history viewed from a constitutional perspective.

He is also the co-author (under a nom de plume) of the political novel CRA$HMAKER: A Federal Affaire (2000), a not-so-fictional story of an engineered crash of the Federal Reserve System, and the political upheaval it causes.

Another powerful book entitle How to Dethrone the Imperial Judiciary (Paperback) was published in 2004.

His most recent book (2007)"Constitutional" homeland security: Volume 1: The Nation in Arms he covers why we have a pressing need to revitalize "the Militia of the several States" based on Colonial and State Milita Acts.

Walter Reddy - Founder of Committees of Safety

Walter Reddy is a Son of the American Revolution (SAR) and a direct descendant of Henry Adams, the same Henry Adams, that Samuel and John Adams are descended from. Walter is just following a family tradition by doing what he can for our country in helping to restore America's Independence and Sovereignty.

Walter has been a Constitutional Activist since 1970. Starting in 1970, he helped collect petitions that called for a Constitutional amendment, giving 18 year olds the right to vote- the 26th Amendment.

In 1993, he collaborated with a group of 10 Constitutional activists that lobbied Hawaii legislators and got them to introduce and pass a 10th Amendment resolution. Within 2 years, more than 22 States followed with similar legislation.

In 1994, Walter and about 50 other patriots converged on the Harrisburg, PA State Capital and successfully lobbied State legislators to stop the calling for a Constitutional Convention that would seek to replace the U.S. Constitution with a U.N. "New States Constitution".

Later in 1994, after moving to Orange County, NY, he teamed up with a County legislator to draft legislation re-instituting the Orange County Militia. That work was stopped after the media's demonization of the word "militia" and their alleged involvement in the bombing of the Federal building in Oklahoma City.

In 1996, he produced and hosted two television programs, one covered the Oklahoma City bombing - with guest Brig. General Ben Partin exposing how and where bombs were placed inside the federal building that blew the building from the inside out, the truck bomb only doing superficial damage. The question is, did Tim McVey and Terry Nichols have access to place bombs inside the federal building? The official version has never made that claim.

The second show covered Votescam: the stealing of America - with guest James Collier the author of this pioneering, documentary book on vote fraud.

In Feb. 2007 Walter met Ron Paul at the New Hampshire Free State Project's Liberty Forum and became a passionate grassroots activist in his Presidential campaign. Ron Paul is the Father of today's Tea Party movement, having raised an historic 6 million dollars that day Dec.16, 2007  (the anniversity of the original BostonTeaParty.) Walter joined Ron's son Rand Paul and a few hundred fellow patriots to celebrate that day at Faneuil Hall, (the Cradle of Liberty) Boston,MA. for the BostonTeaParty2007.

On Independence day, July 4, 2008, Walter founded the Committees of Safety organization, which hosted last year's historic BostonTea Party2008 event and will again host this year's event on 12-12-09 at Faneuil Hall, Boston, MA.

On April 19, 2009 Committees of Safety hosted their second event after a 2 month battle to get the permit for the official staging area at Lexington Green, Lexington, MA. The purpose of our Rally at Lexington was to explain the need for re-instituting the "Militia of the several States" and to honor and commemorate the courage of the 50 well organized Lexington Militiamen that "Stood their Ground" and refused to throw down their Arms when illegally ordered by the 800 British military troops. A British officer fired and "The Shot heard around the World" began America's War of Independence.

Devvy Kidd - Constitutional Activist & Author

Founder and Director of the Project on Winning Economic Reform. This project is an on going educational effort, and not an organization.

POWER is a First Amendment grassroots effort to educate and motivate Americans to the mechanisms bringing America to ruin. Devvy's project distributed two booklets she authored: Why A Bankrupt America (1,650,000 copies sold) in 1993 which explained the Federal Reserve Banking system as well as the agenda well underway to integrate America under a one world government or new world order.

On September 29, 1993, POWER held a rally at the nation's capitol in Washington, DC . 1,780,000 petition signatures were brought from around the country to abolish the FED and IRS. They were delivered to Congress along with an additional 26,000 collected during the day.

Devvy's booklet, Blind Loyalty, (700,000 copies sold) was published in 1996 and is a massive collection of provable vote fraud and how electronic voting machines were stealing our elections. The theft continues with the machines, scanners and corrupt operations like ACORN.

Devvy has made guest appearances more than 2,500 times on talk radio shows plus countless personal speaking appearances. She ran for Congress in 1994 & 1996. After leaving the private sector and banking, she went on to various civilian positions with the Department of Defense. During her tenure as an Administrative Officer for the Department of the Army, she was responsible for contracts and budget management oversight in excess of $8,000,000.00.

Following this assignment and due to Devvy's husband's transfer, she became a Contract Administrator for the Department of Air Force, Air Force Space Command at Peterson AFB, Colorado. Devvy is a federal whistle blower. While at Peterson AFB, she filed a fraud, waste & abuse against her own job. The three-ring circus that followed is sadly all too typical of what happens to those who step forward with the truth.

Devvy's husband John is a retired United States Army Colonel. Upon his retirement after 27 years of honorable service, he continued his career in the private sector as a construction management engineer. John's 43 years of career pursuits came to an end when he retired for good on November 1, 2006. Devvy has one daughter.

Aaron ("Disciple Aaron") Bolinger - Constitutional Activist

Aaron entered the patriot movement in 1981, with the "Committee to Restore the Constitution." He earned a degree in Criminal Justice, and was hired as a legislative researcher & lobbyist by Liberty Lobby in the mid 80's. He advanced into federal as well as state subjects, and studied constitutional law under the tutelage of such scholars as Edwin Vieira, Ed Ellison, and others, while in Washington. One of his principle activities at that time was working in state capitols against the calls for a modern-day Constitutional Convention. Bolinger worked directly on that subject in Vermont, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, and Virginia, and indirectly in perhaps a dozen other states.

On leaving Liberty Lobby, he did "hired gun" research projects for groups like Gun Owners of America. He also wrote and self-published a book entitled "Downsizing Government" in 1994. The book was updated in 2004 to include the new Department of Homeland Security and its tentacles. This book critically analyzes every agency & department of the federal government for constitutional propriety, putting each through multi-part acid tests of conformity.

In 2005 he began restoring and updating the 1560 Geneva Bible, which is a work very much still in progress. At about the same time he was in South Carolina as part of the Christian Exodus political movement, and was recruited by Aaron Russo (creator of the "America: Freedom to Fascism" documentary) to help lead in the state fights against the federal Real ID Act of 2005. By a vote of 109-0 in the state House, and 45-0 in the Senate, Bolinger helped motivate the SC legislature to reject Real ID. Aaron is still the Legislative Director of the "Restore the Republic" movement started by Aaron Russo.

As part of that effort, some military veterans started a spin-off group (National Veterans Committee on Constitutional Affairs - www.nvcca.net ) and appointed Aaron to be their Legislative Director.

The NVCCA has grown to be an "antithesis" to the federal ACIR [Advisory Commission on Intergovernmental Relations], and ALEC [American Legislative Exchange Council]. These two later groups draft model legislation aimed at state legislators, many of which drive the states deeper into the federal "grant" web. The NVCCA, however, is drafting model legislation aimed at restoring constitutional governance to the states and counties without the interference of Washington.

Bolinger brings to the Committees of Safety a detailed, working knowledge of the local legislative process. The NVCCA has a collection of model legislation (much of it authored by Bolinger) aimed at both Sheriff (county) and Militia (state) levels. Two more books have been assembled by the NVCCA containing these models and supporting Issue Briefs to explain the subjects to interested activists and state/local officials. The NVCCA goal for these is getting a copy into the hands of each of America's7,284 state legislators.
